Sierra Roberts
Sierra Roberts is a twenty nine year old Wanaka-based artist. Her practice centres around perceptions of beauty and the female experience. Her travels and experiences during her time in Nepal, the Andes and the Alaska ranges has led her to firmly believe that we are all connected. Sierra tries to capture the female experience across all cultures, portraying the sensitivity and emotions of those she paints. Using acrylic paints, Sierra aims to push the possibilities and acceptance of this medium. Her works have been exhibited both nationally and internationally.
