Luke Jacomb Studio

Luke Jacomb Studio (formerly Lukeke Glass) creates cast glass birds display as wall sculptures. This series includes a range of native New Zealand birds in a plethora of luminous colours. These pieces look impressive installed as a single, cluster or flock. When wall mounted, the birds appear as if in flight, creating a joyful display.

New Zealand birds were important in traditional Māori life - birds’ behaviour was used to predict the weather or the future and each of our species has a different meaning behind them making them a special gift for the most hard to buy for person.

    Stock availability may vary as usually Luke Jacomb Studio products are made-to-order. The estimated production time for birds is usually around a month. We hold a flock of birds on our gallery wall which are available to buy individually and can be taken home on the day for those last minute gifts when a specific bird or colour isn’t necessary.
